On June 10, 2012 seven men established a colony of the most Honorable

On February 20, 2014 the TAMIU Colony earned Chapter status and thus became known as the Corazón De León Gamma Epsilon Chapter. Since establishing the entity of Sigma Lambda Beta to TAMIU the Gamma Epsilon Chapter has expanded upon its Brothers, and resources since being founded, and has been recognized for countless awards throughout the years from both their accomplishments in and out of the University.

Chapter Advisor
The Gamma Epsilon Chapter is currently being advised by Ms. Kristina Valenciano the Events Services Manager of TAMIU since the Fall 2018 semester. Since that time span Ms. Valenciano has significantly helped improve the Chapters organizational, communicative, and systematic process of how to better improve our fraternity here on campus. It was a great pleasure in seeing her contributions to the Chapter being recognized. As of Spring 2019 during the end of the year Greek Awards Ms. Valenciano was nominated by the Chapter for "Outstanding Chapter Advisor", and had won the award thus being recognized for all her hard work, and contributions she has brought to the Chapter.
